Polyamide PA6
Thermoplastic with a natural ivory to white colour, also known as Nylon. Available in sheets, boards, bars, rollers, sleeves and pipes.
PEEK
Combines the thermal resistance of fluoropolymers with the high mechanical strength of PA6. High-performance plastic available in boards, sheets, rods, rolls, sleeves and pipes.
PTFE Rolls & Rods
Rods and rolls with diameters from 6mm to 200mm in 1m sections. Larger elements up to 500mm diameter in 300mm sections.
PTFE Sheets & Boards
Available in thicknesses from 0.5 to 100mm in formats up to 1.5m. White, smooth surface with very low surface energy for excellent sliding properties.
PTFE Foil
Pure PTFE foil with thickness from 0.04 to 3mm and width up to 1500mm. Excellent insulator with very low dielectric loss and high electric arc resistance.
PTFE Sleeves & Cylinders
Available in sizes up to 800mm with wall thicknesses above 10mm. Used for rings and sliding elements, reducing waste and material costs.
PTFE Tubing & Hose
Tubing with diameters from 0.5–25mm and wall thicknesses 0.2–2mm. Available as smooth, corrugated with low bending radius, and high-pressure with steel over-braiding.
PTFE Rods with Graphite
PTFE filled with 20% graphite addition. Higher friction wear resistance and good antistatic properties, designed for bushes and sliding elements.
PTFE Rods with Bronze
PTFE with bronze addition from 30 to 60%. Combines the well-known bearing properties of bronze with the low-friction characteristics of PTFE.
PTFE Sheets with Fibreglass
PTFE filled with 25% fibreglass. Better mechanical properties including hardness, rigidity, no creep susceptibility and higher wear resistance.
PTFE Dispersion
Aqueous PTFE dispersion for impregnation of sealing materials and as additive for lubricants and paints. Contains 60% PTFE with full chemical resistance after treatment.
PTFE Joint Sealant Tape
Elastic tape of 100% purity PTFE in round and rectangular profiles with self-adhesive layer, widths from 3 to 100mm. For chemical, food and pharmaceutical installations up to 25 bar.
PTFE Gland Packing
Expanded PTFE gland packing filled with graphite or in pure version. Square profiles from 4×4 to 30×30mm for dynamic seals in pumps and rotary devices.
