Ceramic Fibre Insulation
Lightweight, high-performance insulation for extreme temperature environments.
High-Temperature Insulation Solutions
Ceramic fibre materials are used as light insulation in high-temperature applications including board, blanket, cloth, rope, tape and insulating modules. Main users include power engineering, ceramic and heavy industry, chemical processing, and industrial furnaces.
Premier Seals & Gaskets supplies the complete range of ceramic fibre products, delivering outstanding thermal efficiency and long service life in the most demanding conditions.
Our Ceramic Fibre Products
A comprehensive range of ceramic fibre insulation products for every high-temperature application.

Ceramic Blanket
Soft, lightweight heat-insulating mats with density levels of 96, 130 and 160 kg/m³. Available in thicknesses from 10 to 50mm, easy to install using anchors or ceramic glue.

Bio Ceramic Fibre Materials
Manufactured from bio-soluble fibre with high alkali earth silicate (AES) content. Similar characteristics to standard HT ceramic but safer for health with no skin irritation.

Ceramic Paper & Cardboard
Soft and flexible with a density of 200 kg/m³, from 0.5mm thickness. Ideal for cutting pads, gaskets, high-temperature membranes and filters.

Ceramic Boards
Vacuum-formed hard boards with a polished surface, density 300–360 kg/m³. Replace traditional heavy refractory linings with better insulation properties. Easy to cut and install.

HTY Ceramic Yarn
Based on ceramic fibre, made on carriers of glass thread, metal wire or bio ceramic fibre. Raw material for refractory textile products including ropes, cloth and tapes.

Ceramic Cloth
Plain weave up to 2m wide, in thicknesses of 2, 3 or 5mm. Reinforced with glass, quartz fibres or stainless wire for temperatures over 1000°C. Maintains flexibility and softness with high tensile strength.

Ceramic Ropes
Braided ropes with square, round and rectangular profiles for work up to 1000°C. Low density for high insulating efficiency. Available in plane or multi-wave braiding.

Ceramic Tapes
Plain weave widths and thicknesses up to 200mm. Available as self-adhesive, reflective coated, or reinforced by quartz fibre or high-nickel wire for temperatures over 1000°C.

HT 1200 Ceramic Fibre Bulk
Loose mixture of irregularly oriented ceramic fibres of different lengths. Obtained by blowing a molten quartz and alumina mixture in a gas stream.

Refractory Mortar HTM
For bonding, rigidity and hard coating on ceramic fibre refractories. Types HTM23 to HTM30 can be used up to 1650°C as adhesive and self-supporting refractory structure.
