Compressed Fibre Jointing
The workhorse of industrial gasket materials. Compressed fibre sheets are suitable for a wide range of media including steam, water, oils, gases and mild chemicals. Available in various grades to suit different temperature and pressure requirements.
Rubber
EPDM, neoprene, nitrile, silicone and FKM rubber gaskets for applications ranging from potable water systems to chemical processing. Each compound offers specific resistance to temperature, chemicals and compression set.
Graphite
Pure flexible graphite gaskets with or without steel reinforcement for high-temperature and high-pressure applications. Excellent chemical resistance across the full 0–14 pH range, ideal for steam, petrochemical and refinery services.
PTFE
Virgin, glass-filled, carbon-filled and expanded PTFE gaskets offering outstanding chemical inertness. Suitable for pharmaceutical, food processing and aggressive chemical environments where contamination-free sealing is essential.
Paper
Economical paper-based gaskets for low-pressure, low-temperature applications such as fuel systems, gearboxes and general engineering. Available in various thicknesses and grades.
Cork
Cork and cork-rubber composite gaskets combining compressibility with fluid resistance. Nitrile and neoprene bonded grades available for oil, fuel and solvent applications in automotive and general engineering.

Gaskets that extend to the full diameter of flat-faced flanges with bolt holes punched to match. Used where flat-face flanges are specified or where additional sealing area is required.
